When the hose pump works, the rotor body rotates, and a pair of pressure
rollers on the rotor body rotate along a special rubber tube. The
extrusion force produced by the pressure rollers and the pump shell
flattens the rubber tube. Under the force of the elasticity of the tube
itself and the side guide roll, the liquid is sucked into the tube through the
vacuum generated by restoring the original state, and the liquid is
discharged from the tube under the mechanical extrusion of the pressure
roll, thus reciprocating. The pump has simple structure and easy
fabrication. The durability of the pump mainly depends on the elasticity
and corrosion resistance of the pipe. Its flow rate is related to the
speed of the motor and the diameter of the pipe. Therefore, the key is
to select the pipe and speed control mechanism. As long as the pipe has a
long life and stable speed, it is no problem to maintain long-term
