Preparation before use of peristaltic pump
1、打開泵外包裝，請(qǐng)先對(duì)照裝箱單，檢查所有配件是否有誤或損壞，如果發(fā)現(xiàn)問題，請(qǐng)及時(shí)與廠家或代理商聯(lián)系
1. Before opening the pump outer packaging, please check all accessories against the packing list for errors or damage. If any problems are found, please contact the manufacturer or agent in a timely manner
2、認(rèn)真閱讀使用說明書，并將其放在手邊，或固定地點(diǎn)收藏， 以便隨時(shí)查閱
2. Carefully read the user manual and keep it handy or store it in a fixed location for easy reference at any time
3、將泵放置在一個(gè)水平桌面上，后部距離障礙物保持200毫米以上的距離
3. Place the pump on a horizontal tabletop with a distance of at least 200 millimeters from the obstacle at the rear
安裝泵頭及泵軟管
Install the pump head and pump hose
YZ15和YZ25泵頭
YZ15 and YZ25 pump heads
1、把泵頭扁軸對(duì)準(zhǔn)驅(qū)動(dòng)器聯(lián)軸器的凹槽推入，轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)泵頭使泵頭后部定位孔與驅(qū)動(dòng)器泵頭支架定位銷對(duì)準(zhǔn)推入，將泵頭與泵頭支架貼合，將兩條固定螺絲穿入泵頭的固定孔擰緊。
1. Align the flat shaft of the pump head with the groove of the driver coupling and push it in. Rotate the pump head to align the positioning hole at the back of the pump head with the positioning pin of the driver pump head bracket. Fit the pump head with the pump head bracket and tighten the two fixing screws through the fixing holes of the pump head.
2、扳動(dòng)泵頭扳桿，打開泵頭，將軟管平順的放入泵頭內(nèi)并拉直，向反方向扳動(dòng)扳桿到水平位置，軟管即安裝完成。
2. Pull the pump head lever, open the pump head, place the hose smoothly into the pump head and straighten it. Pull the lever in the opposite direction to the horizontal position, and the hose installation is complete.
DG泵頭
DG pump head
1、把泵頭扁軸對(duì)準(zhǔn)驅(qū)動(dòng)器聯(lián)軸器的凹槽推入，轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)泵頭使泵頭后部定位孔與驅(qū)動(dòng)器泵頭支架定位銷對(duì)準(zhǔn)推入，將泵頭與泵頭支架貼合，將兩條內(nèi)六角固定螺絲穿入泵頭內(nèi)側(cè)的固定孔擰緊。
1. Align the flat shaft of the pump head with the groove of the driver coupling and push it in. Rotate the pump head to align the positioning hole at the rear of the pump head with the positioning pin of the driver pump head bracket. Fit the pump head with the pump head bracket and tighten the two hexagonal fixing screws through the fixing holes on the inside of the pump head.
2、將軟管平順的放入卡片并拉直，將軟管兩端管卡推入固定槽，先將卡片左端圓弧槽卡在泵頭圓柱導(dǎo)軌內(nèi)，再將卡片另一端卡入方形導(dǎo)軌即可。
2. Place the hose smoothly into the card and straighten it. Push the pipe clamps at both ends of the hose into the fixing groove. First, clip the left end of the card into the cylindrical guide rail of the pump head, and then clip the other end of the card into the square guide rail.
