Limitations of Peristaltic Pump
1.壓力局限: 用柔性管,會(huì)使承受壓力受到限制.

2.泵在運(yùn)作時(shí)會(huì)產(chǎn)生一個(gè)脈沖流,

解決方法是:

①增加滾輪數(shù)量,流量會(huì)降低
Increasing the number of rollers will reduce the flow rate.
②使用脈沖抑制器:脈沖抑制器是一個(gè)簡(jiǎn)單的定位容器,工作原理是由于空氣比液體更具有可壓縮性,脈沖流進(jìn)入容器、液體上的氣袋下陷吸收脈沖進(jìn)而平緩的流出脈沖抑制器
(2) Pulse Suppressor: Pulse Suppressor is a simple positioning container. Its working principle is that air is more compressible than liquid. Pulse flow enters the container and the air bag on the liquid sinks to absorb pulses and then smoothly flows out of the pulse Suppressor.
3.流量隨時(shí)間變化,會(huì)衰減。(由于軟管磨損造成)
3. Flow decreases with time. (due to hose wear)
泵的出口壓力有一定的局限性,一般不超過0.3MPa,通常在0.1-0.2MPa之間。
